Vision

We want to be a community of great schools with the highest standards and dedication to delivering exceptional quality to all. We will deliver an exciting and creative climate for learning within a safe and supportive environment. We believe that every individual is important and has something to offer and will ensure a sense of belonging at both school and Trust level.

Core purpose

The purpose of the Trust is to create and maintain great schools and work with like-minded organisations in creating sufficient capacity to do this; it also acts as a vehicle for the sharing of best practice and achieving economies of scale.

Values

We abide by certain behaviours and have clear principles by which we lead and manage the organisation. We believe in:
