Bourne Education Trust recognises that diversity is important and wants governing boards to be increasingly reflective of the communities they serve.

Responsibilities and commitments:
  1. Attend full governance committee meetings (approximately 4 - 6 meetings per year).
  2. Potentially serve on a sub-committee (usually 4 meetings per year).
  3. Actively contribute to the strategic direction of the school.
